PRICES:

• November to March: £165 per night (minimum 3 nights) or £960 per week
  
• April to October: £200 per night (minimum 3 nights) or £1200 per week.
  
• Easter, Christmas and New Year: £200 per night (minimum 5 nights).
  
• For groups of more than four people, there is an extra charge of £20 per night for each extra person.
• Payment to be either by bank transfer, or, if you prefer to pay by card, we can issue an email invoice for online payment through Stripe.
• Booking deposit of one third to be paid at time of booking.
• Full payment due two months before arrival.
• Returnable security deposit of £150 payable one week before arrival.
• Check In: after 5:00 pm.
• Check Out: by 10:00 am.
